Thank you for your interest
in Karins Engineering Group, Inc. We are looking for talented, professional,
productive leaders who want to accelerate their career and experience
level. We offer strong growth opportunities, diversified experience
and a friendly, supportive work environment.
Our project engineers
are able to refine their project management skills in an environment
that utilizes state-of-the-art design methods and tools. They are
exposed to a wide range of projects not available at smaller firms
but do not get lost among the thousands at mega firms. For structural
restoration and protection projects, the engineering experience
is non-traditional, with a significant percentage of working time
spent on-site interacting with clients and contractors. However,
due to the size of the firm, opportunities exist for cross-discipline
work within the structural engineering profession on design or inspection
projects.
The employee compensation
and benefits plan is designed to reward employees for their contribution
and to show the company's commitment to the success of its employees.
It is KEG's policy to
provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
KEG does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color,
sex, sexual preference, pregnancy, religion, national origin, citizenship,
age, disability, workers compensation claims, marital, veteran or
any other legally protected status. KEG also makes reasonable accommodations
for disabled employees.
